Hello, nice to meet you!
Meet Lina Gabbaoan
Migration & Relationship Psychologist (Non-Clinical)
My title reflects my academic foundation in psychology, combined with my specialized focus on the emotional experience of migration, international relationships, and post-visa adjustment.
I bring together a robust combination of education, professional coaching credentials, and real-world experience that supports my non-clinical use of the title.
Educational Background in Psychology
My foundation began with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, which provided me with formal training in human behavior, emotional processing, relationship dynamics, and mental health theory. This academic grounding has been essential in shaping my understanding of the psychological and emotional needs of clients in transitional life stages, especially migration and relational stress
NOBCO Membership & Ethical Commitment
As a coach registered with NOBCO (Nederlandse Orde van Beroepscoaches), I commit to ongoing professional supervision, ethical guidelines, and continuing education. My practice follows the EMCC Global Code of Ethics, ensuring that every client is respected, protected, and empowered in a safe and structured environment.

Disclaimer
I use the title "non-clinical psychologist" ethically and transparently, always with clear boundaries:
I do not diagnose, treat, or offer psychotherapy.
My services are non-medical and not covered by Dutch health insurance. I am not a GZ-psycholoog or BIG-registered therapist.
I offer coaching and emotional guidance based on education, ethical training, and lived experience.
I support clients emotionally through coaching, reflection, and relational clarity—especially those in cross-border, multicultural, or post-visa life situations.
