Schengen Long-Stay Visa Requirements
Valid Passport – Must be valid for the entire duration of the stay.
Visa Application Form – Fully completed and signed.
Recent Passport-Sized Photos – 3.5cm x 4.5cm, white background.
Proof of Purpose of Stay:
Work Visa: Employment contract from an employer in the Schengen country.
Study Visa: Acceptance letter from a recognized educational institution.
Partner/Family Reunification: Proof of relationship (marriage certificate, birth certificate).
Proof of Accommodation: Rental contract, proof of homeownership, or a host’s confirmation letter.
Proof of Financial Means:
For Employees: Recent pay slips, employment contract, and latest tax returns.
For Business Owners: Business registration, financial statements, and tax records.
For Students: Proof of financial support, sponsor documents, or scholarship letters.
Health Insurance: Valid for the entire duration of stay, covering medical expenses and hospitalization.
Visa Fee Payment Receipt: Proof of payment of the applicable visa fee.
Additional Supporting Documents: As required by the specific embassy or consulate.
Additional documents may be required depending on the specific visa category and destination country.
